Eagle Ford Terminals plans to build a crude oil storage terminal and dock along the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. The facility will include a dock and 12 crude oil storage tanks.
Remediation and site preparation activities began in March 2014, and included the removal of the remaining structures and the existing concrete foundation. Eagle Ford Terminals anticipates that construction will begin in the third quarter of 2015, pending the receipt of necessary permits. During the course of active construction, as many as 90 workers may be employed. The facility is expected to be in service by 2017.
Eagle Ford Terminals is committed to designing, constructing, operating and maintaining the Corpus Christi crude oil storage terminal and dock in a safe and reliable manner. Once in operation, the facility will utilize state-of-the-art equipment and safety elements that meet or exceed applicable regulations.
